Refunds/Returns Policy
If you believe that you have not received the advert that you requested or that you are in anyway dissatisfied with your purchase then you may request a refund via our support page, please indicate the reason why you require a refund and details of your purchase including date and time. Please note that we do not offer refunds on part or unused credits.
To request a refund please visit the support page within our accont members section and give as much details as possible, we aim to resolve all refund enquiries with 48 hours.
Delivery of Services
Upon receipt of payment and/or redemption of credits your advert is delivered electronically to your screen via your “AdGen Remote Connection”, in most cases the advert will become available in approx 15 minutes although a minimum delivery time of between 60 minutes and 24 hours should be allowed for all ads upon confirmation of purchase.
AdGen cannot be held responsible for delay due to problems with the end users ISP. Please refer to our refunds policy for further information.
Cancellation
If you want to terminate your legal agreement with AdGen, you may do so by notifying AdGen at any time after your agreed subscription period has expired plus one months notice. Your notice should be sent, in writing, to AdGen's address which can be found here.
